Displayed prices, vehicle details and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. The final price and applicable conditions are shown in the provider’s booking flow before payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund rules depend on the conditions accepted for the specific booking. Third-party terms may apply. Follow the process and contact details in your confirmation.
Transfer fulfilment
Pickup procedures, waiting times, luggage limits, vehicle substitutions and service updates are determined by the booking provider or operating partner. They may contact you directly.
